Smartphone and Tab Expo is returning in Dhaka’s Bangabandhu International Conference Center this December. Starting December 12th through December 14th 2014, the Expo will be an attractive place for smartphone and tab enthusiasts to purchase phones and tablet devices and accessories at special discounts, win gifts and prizes, and engage in various activities.

This will be the third smartphone and tab expo organized by Expo Maker in Bangladesh. After the two heavily successful events held previously, the organizers are returning at the end of this year with a larger area for product exhibition and exciting programs. According to sources, companies including Asus, Lenovo, Huawei, Symphony, Oppo, Microsoft, and Samsung will be exhibiting their devices in the expo.

For the first time in the country, the expo will host an Android online gaming contest. There’ll be a separate zone giving app developers a chance to show off their applications to smartphone and tab enthusiasts who attend the three-day event at Bangabandhu International Conference Center.

The expo will also host a number of seminars and workshops to gain more traction. Four seminars will be held at the event titled “On Mobile Apps: Advancement in Bangladesh”, “Mobile Wallet: The Smart Banking”, “My Device – Security Device” and “Transformation of the Gadget : What Next”. A workshop titled “How to be a Mobile App Developer” aiming at smartphone app developers will also be held during the event.

The organizers have already started a Facebook contest called “Guess the Smartphone Contest”. Winners of this contest will receive attractive prizes including smartphone and tablet. Similar contests, gifts and prizes will also be waiting at the Smartphone and Tab Expo in Dhaka for the attendees.

So check your calendars and make sure you do not miss this year’s Smartphone and Tab Expo from December 12 through December 14, 2014. Will you be visiting the Smartphone and Tab Expo in Dhaka?
