It&#8217;s started by Samsung. The company is preparing a higher-end model of its latest flagship phone Galaxy S5. The higher-end version is called <a title=\"Samsung is reportedly preparing a higher-end Galaxy S5 Prime, photos leaked\" href=\"http:\/\/en.androidkothon.com\/2014\/05\/20\/samsung-galaxy-s5-prime-photos-leaked\/\" target=\"_blank\">Galaxy S5 Prime<\/a>. Following that footstep, we have leaked information from prominent leaker @evleaks that claims HTC is preparing a Prime version of its latest flagship phone, HTC One M8.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>(<strong>Read more: <a title=\"HTC One mini 2 photos and specs leaked online\" href=\"http:\/\/en.androidkothon.com\/2014\/05\/08\/htc-one-mini-2-photos-specs-leaked-online\/\" target=\"_blank\">HTC One Mini 2 in the making<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the leaks, HTC One M8 Prime will feature a 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor as opposed to Snapdragon 801 that&#8217;s used in the original One M8. The HTC One M8 Prime will also have 3 GB RAM, Cat 6 LTE and a waterproof design as used in recent flagship phones from Sony and Samsung.<\/p>\n<p>The display of HTC One M8 Prime will be a 5.5-inch with Quad HD resolution (1440\u00d72560 pixels). Another big change you&#8217;ll likely notice on HTC One M8 Prime is the body, which leaks say will be made of a composite of aluminium and liquid silicone.<\/p>\n<p>Since all of this is still a rumor, we&#8217;ll have to wait quite a while until we know something for sure coming from HTC officially.
