Walton Primo’s N series has always been featuring big phones. Whether you’re comfortable with bigger-than-usual phones or not is your personal choice. But the track record shows that big phones are quite popular these days, which is why Walton’s N series featuring N1, N, and NX, has been selling well.<\/p>\n
The new phone in the series is called Walton Primo NF. And as expected, it features a big, 6-inch display with just\u00a0854X480 pixels resolution. While the big screen might attract a lot of people, the specification of this device will scare away a lot of them. If you’re still wondering what could possibly go wrong with N series, which has been featuring really good specifications up until now, just continue reading to find out what Walton Primo NF has under the hood.<\/p>\n
Like we already wrote, Walton Primo NF is a 6-inch smartphone with the resolution of\u00a0854X480 pixels. Running on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, the phone features a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage. For graphics processing, the phone packs Mali 400.<\/p>\n
The 3G-enabled phone has a 5 MP auto-focus camera on the back and 1.3 MP camera on the front. The back camera can record 720p resolution video and has an LED flash.<\/p>\n
Walton Primo NF has almost all other basic things that you might need including GPS, Accelerometer sensor, Light sensor, proximity sensor and a new Hall sensor.<\/p>\n
On the plus side, the phone features a 2700 mAh battery which would really help for the battery backup of this phone. Then again, the phone comes with a 6-inch display. So the majority of the battery juice will be used up for the screen.<\/p>\n
The price of Walton Primo NF hasn’t been announced yet, so we can’t determine whether it’s a good purchase. Specification wise, the 512 MB RAM is what puts a big negative look on our face. But if you’re short on budget, hoping that the phone’s price will be comparatively low, and you need a big screen, you might want to give it a try at any of Walton’s nationwide showrooms.<\/p>\n
As for availability, Walton says the phone will hit the market in May, 2014. Specific date was not announced. So we’ll just have to keep our eyes open.<\/p>\n
